TK-K

Hello! My name is Ms. Lavender and I am excited to be your teacher this year! This is my 3rd year teaching TK, and my 17th year teaching elementary school. I have taught TK, Kindergarten, 1st grade, and have experience with Special Education. I received my Bachelors and Masters degrees from Friends University, in Kansas, before moving to sunny California.

I have a teenage daughter, and love spending time with her. I love nature, being outside, and yoga. Some of my favorite things are going on hikes, going to the beach, having traveling adventures, and teaching your wonderful kids!

"Hello! My name is Miss Hoffman, and I am thrilled to be your teacher this year!
This will be my first year here at Foothill Knolls. Before this, I taught preschool and completed my student teaching in kindergarten and third grade. I recently earned my Master’s degree and teaching credential from UC Irvine.

I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, reading, building puzzles, and practicing Pilates. I also love trivia nights and learning new things.

I look forward to a wonderful year together!"

Hello, I am Tisha Cate and I love teaching Kindergarten!  I have had the privelage of teaching the littles for the last 14 years.  I truly love watching my Kindergarteners grow throughout the year.  The relationships I build with my students are lasting connections I am proud to have built.  Outside of the classroom I enjoy spending time with my husband of 30 yearsand our three grown men.  I also enjoy traveling.  A fun fact about me is I grew up in North Dakota, where my family where farmers.  I feel so grateful to be part of our school community and I look forward to another year of learning, laughter, and growth!
